Ingredients

  • 500 g ground meat
  • 2 bread rolls
  • 1 egg
  • 100 ml milk
  • a pinch of salt
  • a pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 200 ml tomato sauce

Preparation

1 Crumb the bread rolls and soak them in milk.
2 Season the ground meat with salt, pepper, garlic, and parsley.
3 Drain the bread rolls and add them to the meat. Add one egg. Shape the meat mixture into small balls.
4 Arrange the meatballs on a baking tray and pour tomato paste over them.
